By accessing or using Jackpot Teller ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

Jackpot Teller is a lottery data analysis and prediction platform that provides:

• Historical lottery draw results and statistics
• AI/ML-powered number predictions
• Numerology-based number generation
• Astrology-informed lottery insights
• Number frequency and pattern analysis

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. By subscribing or purchasing:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us within 7 days of a charge
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local gambling regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our ML models or algorithms
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service in bulk
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

All content, features, algorithms, models, designs, and functionality of the Service are owned by Jackpot Teller and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Historical lottery draw data is publicly available information. Our value-add is in the analysis, visualization, and prediction models we build on top of this data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jackpot Teller and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from lottery play
• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors in predictions or statistical analysis

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jackpot Teller, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
